- If customers make direct bookings on-site, they will be charged the "published" price, which is higher than the online price we offer.

- It is recommended not to bring jewelry when participating in activities; however, if necessary, customers can store them in the provided lockers at no additional cost.
- The procedure for purchasing water sports tickets is very easy, simply fill in personal information and mention the name of the hotel in Bali to facilitate pickup. For Indonesian citizens, a down payment (DP) of Rp. 100,000 is required as a deposit, while the remainder can be paid on-site.
